Producing process

Import

The ore is mainly imported from china and the rest of talc is imported from Austraria, India.

Raw material stock

After unloaded at Yatusiro port, raw Material is carried and stocked in our Storehouses.

Ore feeder

Talc ore is put into a crusher.

Jaw crusher

After being crashed into 40～50 mm size by the first crusher, raw material is crushed into 10～20 mm size particle.

Raw material hopper

Particle raw material is temporary stocked in a hopper.

Pulverizer

Raw material is sent to a pulverizer through screw feeder. And it is made into products after milling and classifying process.

Product silo

Products are temporary stocked in a products silo.

Packing

After being packed, talc products are stocked in our storehouses.

Shipping

Talc products are shipped and sent not only to kyusyu area but also to wide area in Japan.
